We are seeking a diligent Business Support Officer to provide administrative assistance and ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders by responding promptly and professionally to their queries.
* Maintain accurate records and correspondence, handle telephone calls efficiently, and manage responses in a timely manner.
* Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance monitoring mechanisms.
* Build strong relationships with industry suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-quality services efficiently.
* Contribute positively to a cohesive team culture and demonstrate proactive behavior as a team player.
* Ensure precision and attention to detail when preparing documents and reports.
* Provide support to senior staff during their absence and assist with inquiries.
* Develop and maintain operational procedures, manuals, and registers to enhance existing processes.
Essential Skills:
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.
