Churches of Christ invites you to join our Seniors and Supported Living team as a Registered Nurse.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will:
* Assess, plan, and deliver care: Your clinical expertise ensures residents receive individualized, high-quality care that enhances their quality of life.
* Collaborate with care teams: Effective communication and teamwork are essential to providing seamless, holistic care.
* Maintain compliance with standards: Your commitment to upholding accreditation and quality standards helps ensure that the care provided aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current AHPRA registration: Ensures you are qualified and meet the professional standards to provide nursing care in Australia.
* First Aid and CPR certificate: Demonstrates your readiness to respond to emergencies effectively.
* Experience in aged Care or similar settings: Familiarity with aged care equips you to handle the unique challenges of this environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Current driver's licence, Current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check – or the ability to acquire.
* Undergo a National Personal Insolvency Check.
Desirable Attributes
We would like to see:
* Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, dementia care, or a related field are an advantage.
