We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Stock Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the efficient management of stockroom inventory, ensuring that all products are accurately counted, stored, and dispatched in a timely manner.\

About the Role

* Process and dispatch orders with accuracy, timeliness, and premium presentation
\
* Manage expedited and hand-delivery services
\
* Maintain pristine stockroom organization and efficiency for the sales team
\
* Oversee deliveries, transfers, recalls, and stock consolidations
\
* Conduct stock investigations, mini stocktakes, and assist with annual stocktakes
\
* Ensure compliance with loss prevention and health & safety procedures
\
* Support seasonal launches, ensuring all stock is prepared and floor-ready
\
* Collaborate with retail front of house, client services, and e-commerce teams to maintain a superior client experience
\
