We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support our growing team and help future-proof our financial operations. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, supporting compliance and reporting, and helping us scale with confidence.

About the Role

This role sits within our finance team and reports to our head of finance. You will work closely with the broader finance and HQ teams to manage transactional finance, support reporting and compliance, and contribute to the overall financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities

">
* Process payments accurately and on time, including international transactions.
* Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and reconciliation in Xero.
* Support month-end financial reporting by working with departments across the business.
* Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts and financial statements.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers.
* Collaborate with the finance and HQ teams to improve systems and processes.
* Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to a flexible, high-performing team
