Job Title: Team Leader - Landscaping Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our landscaping team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality landscaping projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee a team of landscape construction workers to complete all assigned projects on time and to the highest standard
* Proactively manage project timelines, resources, and equipment to optimise efficiency and productivity
* Provide on-site guidance, training, and supervision to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and deliver exceptional customer service
* Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reporting on project progress and performance
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
About You:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within the landscape construction industry
* Demonstrated expertise in the full range of landscape construction techniques, including site preparation, planting, paving, and irrigation
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Proficient in the use of landscape construction equipment and tools
* Current driver's licence and construction industry White Card
* Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
