I am recruiting for a ASX listed business for a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst based out of their HQ in Sydney with hybrid working between home and office available.
This is an individual contributor role where you will have accountability for the design and delivery of data led workforce analytics solutions for the business.
Key Accountabilities
* Partnering with key business stakeholders to understand their challenges across workforce planning
* Design and delivery of data solutions to support this
* Working with large data sets in SQL to identify trends and provide actionable solution to increase productivity and efficiencies
* Visualisation of data using Tableau and presenting this to senior stakeholders
* Reporting and automation, working towards self service solutions for the business
Your Background
* Proven experience ( 4 years +) in a Workforce Planning or Demand Insights role
* Strong analytics and data skills essential-SQL coding and Tableau/ Power BI. Additional skills in Python are advantages
* The ability to consult and partner with business stakeholders to drive data led insights and recommendations
