The role involves providing quality advice and service to ensure development occurs in accordance with requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing advice to applicants on requirements, policies, processes, and procedures for their proposed development.
* Undertaking assessment of development applications within adopted guidelines and proposing conditions that ensure compliance within adopted policies and legislation.
* Assessing proposed works designs to ensure compliance with adopted standards/guidelines.
