About the Role:
* We are looking for a skilled Account Development Specialist to drive sales, build relationships, and provide expert solutions in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers;
* Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to meet customer requirements;
* Proactively identify sales opportunities;
* Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service;
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities;
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required;
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a technical sales role or similar industry;
* A valid driver's license is essential;
* Strong technical knowledge of Fluid Power / industrial engineering services is highly advantageous;
* Willingness to travel;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships;
* Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets;
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
