As our Business Development Manager, you will lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the mining, oil and gas and marine sectors. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective growth strategies aligned with our long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong network within the resources sector, demonstrate technical knowledge of industrial demolition processes, and possess a proven track record in sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in mining, oil & gas, and marine decommissioning and demolition industries.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of projects in demolition, site remediation, and asset disposal.
* Lead tender submissions and coordinate proposal development with estimating, engineering, and operations teams.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide strategic input into business planning, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with technical teams to develop solutions for demolition, hazardous material removal and disposal, contaminated land remediation, marine salvage and disposal projects.

Skills and Experience:

* Qualification in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 5–10 years' within the industrial demolition, civil construction, or resource services sectors.
* Demonstrated success in securing projects in mining and/or oil & gas.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
* Experience in demolition, hazardous materials handling, and remediation projects highly regarded.
Technical understanding of demolition methodologies, environmental compliance, and waste management desirable.
