We are seeking a Migration Assistant who is fluent in both Portuguese and English to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in migration law and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Translate and communicate with Portuguese-speaking clients to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
Maintain client files, documents, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Liaise with clients on behalf of migration agents.
Draft correspondence, forms, and supporting documents under supervision.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth case management.
Requirements:
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in migration, legal, or administrative support (preferred but not essential).
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to deadlines.
