Job Description:
As a highly creative and strategically-minded Senior Brand Designer, you will lead the development and evolution of visual identity systems across various brand touchpoints. This includes campaigns, packaging, digital, and environmental experiences. You will work closely with design and creative teams to ensure every expression of the brand is consistent, elevated, and purposeful.
This role requires a deep understanding of typography, colour, composition, and brand storytelling. You must have confidence in leading projects independently from concept to execution. Additionally, you should be able to turn complex ideas into simple, beautiful design.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in brand, communication or visual design, preferably within a studio or agency. They should possess an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of brand-building work across multiple formats and industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition
* Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior designers and creatives
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
