in providing top quality innovative advice/resolving disputes for high-end
clients
in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:
Drafting/advising regarding by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/ licences;
Property/ construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

solicitor
AND/OR LITIGATION
solicitor [litigating property/construction and/or strata disputes] with minimum
2 - 10+years’
experience;
