Care Manager – Residential Aged Care Location: Newcastle, NSW Multiple opportunities for experienced Care Managers to lead clinical and care delivery across established residential aged care facilities. These roles carry responsibility for both clinical oversight and day-to-day operational performance, with a focus on driving quality outcomes, maintaining compliance and leading multidisciplinary teams. Each site is supported by additional leadership and quality resources, allowing focus on team leadership, governance and continuous improvement.
