About Community Energy Development
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Delivery team and the Program Manager in program governance, reporting, quality assurance, risk and issues management, and resource management.
This 18-month traineeship combines structured training from external providers with hands-on experience. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role is based in Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia, and offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on regional, rural and remote communities while shaping the energy industry's future.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Program Delivery team and the Program Manager in program governance, reporting, quality assurance, risk and issues management, and resource management.
* Participate in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote community energy development.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
