Executive Chef Role
This is a senior leadership position in a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) environment, departing from Perth with 2 weeks on and 1 week off roster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of chefs to achieve operational excellence
* Liaising between the Head Chef and Line Chefs
* Ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 3+ years' cumulative chef experience, working in a remote village environment (FIFO or DIDO)
* Strong experience in bulk/batch cooking environments
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate
