The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:

* Prepare 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD.
* Operate and program 5-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.
* Perform G-code programming for CNC machines.
* Conduct quality control and assurance duties.
* Manage inventory of raw materials, buffer, and finished goods.
* Plan and schedule production activities.
* Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Skills Required:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAM software.
* Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
* Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
