Family Relationship Manager Position
As a seasoned professional in family law contexts, you have the opportunity to lead and oversee the operations of our Family Relationship Centre in Townsville. This pivotal role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals and families in need.
Responsibilities will include program oversight, staff management, and day-to-day operational needs. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure recommendations and practices comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake family dispute resolution and case management, maintaining accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

* Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or Family Dispute Resolution/Mediation.
* Extensive experience in family law contexts and environments, Children and Family Services at state and federal levels.
* Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or eligibility to obtain registration.
* A current Driver Licence.
* Currently hold, and/or eligibility to obtain and maintain, both a Disability Worker Screening and a Working with Children Blue Card.
