The Role
As a full-time or part-timeOccupational Therapist, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support and guide your clients on their journey back to work and life after physical or psychological injury. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach.
In this role, you will:
* Apply your clinical skills across various schemes including icare, CTP, non-comp Corporate, and Government functional education and training.
* Collaborate with CTP insurers on complex injuries, discharge planning, and return-to-work (RTW) strategies.
* Participate in stakeholder meetings to foster relationships and achieve recovery outcomes.
* Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk tools to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
* Spend approximately 50% of your time engaging with medical professionals, employers, and clients in person.
