About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Global Revenue & Organization team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data insights and supporting the Head of ANZ in making informed business decisions.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data Engineering, and Product teams to align metric definitions and data sources. Your expertise in AI, statistical methods, and data querying languages will enable you to generate valuable insights and improve business efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with executive-level stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to scope and build data products, leverage AI to generate insights, and support forecasting efforts by applying advanced statistical methods. You will also foster an environment grounded in technical excellence, clear communication, and proactive critical thinking.
Responsibilities
Be the go-to data partner for the Head of ANZ
Partner with cross-functional teams to align metric definitions and data sources
Leverage AI and statistical methods to generate insights and improve business efficiency
Support forecasting efforts by applying advanced statistical methods
Scope and build data products
Requirements
5+ years industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, Economics)
Excellent communication skills, ideally with a proven track record of working directly with executive-level stakeholders
Expertise in AI and statistical methods
Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and scripting languages (e.g. Python, R)
