Regional Sales Manager Opportunity
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and inspiring high-performing teams within our Northern region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales results and leading a small team to success. They will manage and develop the sales function across all customer segments, ensuring achievement of budgeted sales revenues, margins, and market share growth.
* Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth targets;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and industry stakeholders;
* Drive business development activities, negotiate deals, and ensure effective pricing and agreements.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Significant experience as a Sales Manager in the building or construction industry;
* Tertiary qualification in commerce (Business/Marketing) or equivalent experience;
* Strong leadership skills;
* Proven ability to build relationships, commercially astute with a track record of achieving sales targets;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
