Description:
Responsibilities
- Managing ICT hardware lifecycle including imaging, deployment, returns, and disposal.
- Supervising and coordinating support staff (Warehouse Manager only).
- Raising and processing shipping consignments (COPE, StarTrack) and coordinating urgent dispatches.
- Maintaining accurate stock control, inventory records, and reporting in ServiceNow.
- Configuring, testing, and deploying laptops, desktops, and peripherals for new and existing staff.
- Supporting warranty claims, vendor repairs, and compliant e-waste disposal.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders (Service Desk, Procurement, VIP teams, Projects, Security).
- Recommending improvements to hardware and logistics processes, tools, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in ICT hardware asset management, logistics, and stock control.
- Hands-on experience imaging and configuring devices (Windows 10/11, Autopilot, Intune).
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow for asset tracking, workflows, and reporting.
- Knowledge of warranty processes and vendor management (Dell, HP, Lenovo).
- Understanding of ICT asset lifecycle management, including compliance and record-keeping.
- Leadership or team coordination skills (for Warehouse Manager applicants).
