GM³ is an emerging Australian metallurgical coal mining entity owned by global investment entity Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR) and M Resources, a market leader in metallurgical coal industry services.
GM³ produces premium quality, hard coking coal for steelmaking, which is transported within Australia and around the world. We operate two underground metallurgical coal mines, two preparation plants and a logistics chain.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a permanent full-time position on a rotating roster, covering days and nights on 12-hour shifts. You'll be based at our Dendrobium Coal Processing Plant, Port Kembla in the coastal city of Wollongong, NSW, and approximately 75 kilometres southwest of Sydney.
As an Operator (mobile equipment), you will be primarily responsible for operating mobile equipment to ensure continued operation within the plant.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
* Operating 8 wheeler rigid tippers, 988 & 922 front end loaders, bobcats, forklifts and D9 dozer
* Inspect and clean equipment
* Support the washery team in cleaning duties, plant inspection and operation, maintaining/improving plant standards and assisting with breakdown maintenance activities as required
ABOUT YOU
* Prior experience as a mobile operator within heavy industry (process or manufacturing plant environment beneficial)
* Operational experience driving trucks, dozers and loaders
* Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices
* Persons with electrical or mechanical (fitter) trades will be strongly considered
Qualifications for this position are:
* HR Drivers Licence
* High Risk Work Licence – Forklift
* Electrical or mechanical (fitter) trade preferred
