In this pivotal role, you'll lead the coordination of pre-transplant care for patients with complex renal conditions, ensuring they receive expert guidance and compassionate support throughout their journey. You'll play a key part in shaping the future of renal services through strategic planning, targeted education, and evidence-based research. Where you'll be working

Liverpool Hospital, founded in 1813, is the major health service for south-western Sydney, providing services to the local government area of Liverpool City Council as well as district services to residents and visitors in the area. It also provides a range of state-wide services in areas such as critical care and trauma, neonatal intensive care and brain injury rehabilitation.

The Hospital provides a health service of international standing, with 23 operating theatres, capacity for 877 beds, diagnostic and imaging services, emergency and trauma care, maternity, paediatric, cancer care, mental health, ambulatory care, allied health and medical and surgical services from birth to aged care.

Liverpool Hospital is currently undergoing a major redevelopment. The $790 million Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct (LHAP) project will provide enhanced facilities and an increased capacity to meet future significant population growth for South Western Sydney.

Liverpool Hospital is a principal referral and teaching Hospital of the UNSW Sydney and the Western Sydney University and also welcome students from over 20 universities and colleges.

Located in the heart of Liverpool City, the hospital is close to public transport, shopping centres and eateries.

* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), who has at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field. In addition, the employee must have approved postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which he/she is appointed, or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
* How do you stay informed about the latest developments in renal care and transplantation or your area of clinical expertise and how have these insights shaped your practice?
* Can you describe a situation where your advanced clinical knowledge enabled you to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care in a complex patient scenario? What impact did this have on the patient's experience or outcome?
* Reflecting on your experience within multidisciplinary teams, share an example of a time you navigated a conflict whether with a colleague, patient, or carer. What approach did you take, and what was the outcome?
