The Role Reporting to Plant Leadership, the Senior Plant Accountant oversees all financial activities within the site.
This role leads the plant finance function and acts as a trusted advisor to operations, providing insight into performance, risks, and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating the annual plant budget, LE process, and monthly performance reporting.
Reviewing and communicating key variances while ensuring adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and asset protection.
Partnering closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and global finance teams to deliver accurate reporting and sound decision support.
Conducting ROI analysis and evaluating capital investments under BASICS and C-P capital management standards.
Providing mentorship to technical teams for accurate spend classification, savings verification and fixed asset management.
Performing ad hoc analysis and supporting continuous improvement through automation, standardisation, and technology.
The Ideal Candidate You will be an experienced finance professional with: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA preferred.
7+ years in finance or accounting, ideally within supply chain, procurement or manufacturing environments.
Strong SAP, analytics, and modelling capability, with proven experience managing budgets, reporting cycles, and financial controls.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence operational leaders.
A continuous improvement mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and comfort working across complex cross-functional teams.
