Job Opportunity: Payroll Officer/Hr Advisor
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer/Hr Advisor to join our team at the APS4 level in Brisbane, Robina (QLD), or Burnie (TAS).
The successful candidate will have an initial 12-month labour hire contract delivering payroll processing and/or HR advisory services. Multiple full-time roles are available.
* Accurately maintain staff records ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* File documents securely in accordance with agency protocols.
* Process salaries, entitlements, and assess payment/leave eligibility for employees.
* Investigate and resolve payroll errors promptly.
* Provide expert advice and assistance on payroll matters.
Key skills required include experience with payroll processing systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheet tools, and strong accuracy, attention to detail, and sound mathematical skills.
