We’re looking for a part-time Office & Team Assistant (parental leave cover, 9 months) to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and warehouse. This hands-on role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and keen to keep a busy team running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate internal meetings, calendars, agendas, and action items
* Manage office and warehouse suppliers, stock levels, and subscriptions
* Oversee office operations including deliveries, cleaning, maintenance, and shared spaces
* Assist with onboarding, team events, training coordination, and office culture initiatives
* Support PR send-outs, marketing activities, and expo preparation
* Provide ad hoc support across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Customer Service
About You
* Highly organised and proactive
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks across teams
* Previous experience in administration or office coordination preferred
