Are you an experienced Sales Estimator with a passion for custom home building ? We're representing a well-established, family-oriented builder based in Brisbane North, who specializes in creating high-quality, tailored homes and townhouses. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that prides itself on delivering personalized service and exceptional craftsmanship .

They are looking for a skilled Sales Estimator or an experienced builder who is looking to transition into this role to join their team and contribute to delivering homes that are as unique as their clients.

Key Responsibilities :
* Tender Pricing : Source quotes, liaise with suppliers, and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
* Variation Pricing : Manage pricing adjustments for variations to ensure projects remain within budget.
* Internal Collaboration : Work closely with teams in Drafting, Edge, and Construction to cross-check pricing and plans before submission.
* Support for Retail Estimators : Assist with new home tenders and pricing support for the Sales and Edge teams, including display home options and upgrades.
What We're Looking For :
* Previous sales estimating experience in the construction industry, particularly with custom residential builds.
* Strong understanding of building terminology, engineering drawings, and the ability to interpret building plans.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.
* A passion for custom homes and delivering high-quality, personalized results for clients.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
