WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Level 1 Engineer, you will support out clients and business applications. This role will see you solving Level 1 problems, supporting cloud and on-premise systems, and delivering services through a mix of onsite and remote support. You'll be key to providing proactive solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical systems for our clients.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...
* Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments
* Windows server administration skills
* Active Directory and Group Policy expertise
* 2 years Desktop Support Experience
