We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect/Project Leader to join our team and support the delivery of major projects. This role covers all project phases—from early concept design through to detailed documentation and delivery. You will join a highly experienced rail team, working under a highly skilled principal.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute across all stages of project delivery, including:
o Concept and schematic design
o Design development
o Documentation and construction delivery
* Produce high-quality Revit documentation aligned with project and industry standards
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
* Take ownership of project packages and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
* Support coordination and integration across multidisciplinary teams
About You
We're looking for someone who is not only technically capable but also brings energy and personality to the team. You will be stepping into a role with significant responsibility, so confidence and initiative are key.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Architect within rail infrastructure projects ideally (candidates from related sectors such as healthcare/hospitals will also be considered)
* 7+ years of experience post graduate
* You are a registered architect
* Strong proficiency in Revit (documentation and delivery focus)
* Demonstrated ability to work across all project phases
* Solid understanding of project delivery and construction documentation
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
