The responsibilities of this position include building strong relationships with key customer personnel, leading account planning and strategy, and managing end-to-end sales processes with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the successful candidate will define and promote Oracle's ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX solutions. They must also analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs, develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, engage prospects with strategic value-based selling, achieve short-term results while focusing on long-term revenue growth, and ensure accurate forecasting and revenue delivery.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess 5-10 years of verifiable sales experience with a consistent record of closing deals, be able to challenge and reframe customer perspectives, and have strong communication skills, particularly with C-level executives. Experience selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market clients is also essential.
