Supportive Administrator Role
We are seeking a full-time administrator to provide professional support to our Business Development Team in Launceston.
* Prepare and submit tender documentation.
* Coordinate review meetings and maintain registers, templates, and capability documents.
* Maintain accurate electronic filing systems.
* Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders for seamless communication.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development Manager and team.
About You
You're an organised administrator with strong attention to detail and passion for supporting business development. To be successful, you'll demonstrate:
* 5+ years' administration experience, ideally within civil construction or infrastructure.
* Strong organisational and document control skills with a high standard of accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
