The Role
We're seeking a sharp, analytical and proactive Performance Marketer to join our fast-growing team.
The exact title can be negotiated, but we're looking for someone who knows their stuff and is hungry to get started
This is a hybrid role combining digital marketing strategy, client relationship management, and performance optimisation. You'll work directly with clients to understand their goals, solve problems, and drive measurable growth across key pillar channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and broader digital campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing
* Owning and managing a portfolio of performance-driven clients across multiple industries
* Planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
* Owning full funnel performance, ensuring both quantity and quality of results
* Analysing performance data and translating insights into campaign improvements and client updates
* Building strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic guidance
* Collaborating with internal creative, content and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful
* Thinking critically and creatively to solve problems and identify new ways to grow accounts
* Managing your own workload and timelines effectively

Who We're Looking For
* You have 1–3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media (Google Ads or Meta Ads essential)
* You enjoy working directly with clients and building trusted relationships
* You're analytical and love digging into data to drive performance
* You're a critical thinker and natural problem solver
* You're self-motivated, organised and can confidently manage multiple projects
* You're hungry to learn, grow and be part of something exciting
* You enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fun environment
Bonus Points For
* Knowledge/ experience in automations
* Knowledge/ experience in CRM & EDM tools
* Knowledge/ experience in CMS and Web Design
* Knowledge/ experience in Excel, SQL or other data tools
