Job Description
Due to our expanding client base we are seeking Engineering Graduates for an exciting opportunitywith Alltype Engineering. The Graduate Engineer will have the opportunity to work with Senior Project Managers and their teams, participate in major project work with hands on access to the construction workshop as well as have the opportunity to work on various site based projects.
Gaining skills and experience across a broad range of functions in your relevant study area and workingwith highly proficient and experienced mentors in a multi-disciplinary environment.
The role responsibilities include:
- Deliverengineering administrative and technical support to project teams tofacilitate effective delivery of projects
- Scheduling of fabrication activities within the workshop and coordinating deliveries
- Preparation of ITP's and Work Packs
- Provide updates and report on project progress
- Liaise with client representatives on project commitments and assist resolving technical queries
- Assist with logistical requirements in mobilizing site crews
- Work in accordance with the Company’s Core Values.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Be a recent graduate or be in your final year of study in the fields ofSMP (Structural/Mechanical /Piping) Engineering
- Be motivated and be a "team player
- Have a creative problem solving approach and be a critical thinker
- Possess excellent written & oral communication skills
- Have practical hands on skills and experience with hand tools
