Wembley
pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, self-motivated and highly organised
Dispensary Technician
with strong communication skills to join our team on a permanent full time basis, with a preferred start date of 13/10/2025. The roster can be structured to a 4- or 5-day week, with some nights potentially required.
The Dispensary Technician will support the Pharmacists in delivering a great patient experience and ensuring timely and accurate dispensary operation.
Responsibilities
Accurately dispense prescriptions.
Maintain awareness of patients in-store at all times.
Actively assist the Pharmacists in providing service and product information to patients, including relevant and appropriate health information.
Assist with Dose Administration Aids.
Provide support to other team members.
Ensure all dispensary administration duties are performed, including organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary area.
Qualifications
Completion of the S2/S3 certificate, or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy; compounding experience is highly desirable.
Previous pharmacy dispensing experience is preferred.
Flexibility to meet operational requirements, including early starts and late finishes, as the pharmacy operates daily from 8am – 8pm.
