Roles and Responsibilities: 
Provide a range of HR services and support to all departments including Sales, Administration, Marketing and Finance and coordinate all employee issues. 
Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures. 
Supervise and oversee all matters related to the administration of employment records and related documents (including terms of employment, contract renewals, probation report, and end of employment reports, termination checklists, employee records and files) and ensure compliance to local labour requirements and QR standards and policies. 
Liaise with Finance department in monthly payroll preparation. 
Responsible for the employment cycle (sourcing, recruitment, on boarding, performance management, progression, separation) 
Guide and support to the line managers to manage grievances and disciplinary procedures to ensure fairness and consistency of discipline in the workplace. 
Assist department managers with particular employee relations issues, such as improvement performance plans. 
Assist with the facilitation of training (when required); 
Development and delivery of HR projects that align with business needs; 
Partner with Operations to improves employee engagement, with a focus on increasing retention rates; 
Monitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation (adhoc); 
Contribute to the Group HR strategy by successfully delivering key initiatives. 
Job Type: Part-time 
Part time hours: 24 per week 
Salary: From $40,000.00 per year 
Schedule: 
8 hour shift 
Monday to Friday
