About the role
As a Sales and Service Specialist at TorFX, you will be proactively managing a portfolio of clients; providing exceptional service whilst meeting our clients end to end currency exchange needs. On any day, you can be assisting clients with their trade requirement, helping clients with their general trade questions, account maintenance, and technical enquiries.
More specifically, you will:
* Work within an experienced team to achieve sales objectives, consistently developing your knowledge through teamwork and collaboration
* Facilitate currency transfers for your portfolio of clients,
* Assist clients in utilising our online and digital platform services
* Be proactive in identifying opportunities within your portfolio
* Provide and uphold an exceptional level of customer service
About you
We are looking for someone with:
* Sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving targets
* Confidence working with numbers
* A team player with a strong work ethic
* Good organisational skills
* The ability to operate with autonomy as well as embrace teamwork
