About the role
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver exceptional customer service, skincare consultations, and personalised beauty rituals
* Build strong customer relationships through clienteling and ongoing follow-ups
* Ensure the counter is visually merchandised to Clarins standards at all times
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control with accuracy
* Report on sales performance and implement strategic actions to drive results
* Conduct regular team training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills
* Uphold and promote Clarins brand values, image, and standards
