Senior Account Manager (Tech consulting, Telco + CMT)
Join NCS Australia as a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow our key Telecommunication accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service will be critical. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services, identify growth opportunities, and drive new business development.
Qualifications
* Experience in account management and new business acquisition in a Technology Consultancy or Systems Integrator
* Experience selling to Telecom or CMT (Communication, Media, and Technology) clients
* Strong consultative selling skills with value-led conversations
* Ability to manage complex bids, RFPs, and RFQs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across various levels
* Experience within enterprise and government clients
* Self-starter with a collaborative attitude
* Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
