* Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable
* Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
* Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
* Ability to work from the Dandenong South site full time (Mon-Fri – 6am-3pm)

About the Role
As a Customer Service Operator you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-mail and face to face
Some tasks as part of this role include:
* Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone
* Administration duties including data entry and email management
* Picking & Packing customer orders
* Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
* Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
* General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required
