Key Responsibilities
* Support successful delivery of digital and transformation projects under the direction of our leadership team.
* Create compelling presentations, reports, and workshop materials for executive-level presentations.
* Bring project management discipline and digital expertise to fast-moving initiatives, including reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* Assist in bid and proposal development, opportunity tracking, and coordination.
* Directly support our leadership team across pre-sales and delivery management activities across teams.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to shaping a strong, collaborative team culture.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
* 3-6 years' experience in management consulting or project delivery.
* Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and written communication skills.
* Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
* Awareness of IT architecture concepts and project management approaches.
* Experience in bid and proposal writing is a bonus.
* Knowledge of government procurement processes is a bonus.
* Ability to thrive in complex, client-facing environments.
