We are looking for an onsite office/studio coordinator for 12field Animation, an animation studio in the heart of lively Brunswick, Melbourne, Victoria. We are creating two children's television animation series and need a practical person with some IT nous to help us manage the needs of a creative studio.
Tasks will include documenting crew leave, assigning software subscriptions, assigning security fobs and keys, scheduling access to workstations for hybrid workers, booking and supervising trades if there's a repair to be done, receiving equipment orders, updating assets lists, record keeping for petty cash and generally helping to keep the office humming along. We're a small business so tasks will also include keeping the kitchen stocked with the basics and loading/unloading the dishwasher etc. The owners do all these tasks between projects but we now need more time to manage the projects:)
You don't need to have worked in film and TV, we're more after someone who has run an office and is up for the myriad tasks involved. We need some nearly full time to full time onsite with hours to be discussed when we can review the skillsets and preferences of shortlisted applicants. Fixed term contract starting mid January through to early ****.
