The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to work closely with our clients Sales Team and play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional experience for their customers from enquiry through to handover. The role is based in Forrestfield, and it offers the successful applicant career opportunities and growth within the manufacturing industry.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, supporting sales operations, and being a vital link between customers, sales, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, process, and maintain customer handover files, specifications, quotations, appraisals, and licensing documentation
* Assist in the preparation of documentation for local government tenders
* Maintain accurate client and sales records within the CRM system
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of equipment
* Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator to support sales and promotional activities
* Monitor the sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to the Sales Manager
About You
* Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support or a similar administrative role
* Previous experience in the heavy transport, automotive, or equipment industry (highly regarded)
* Proficient in CRM systems preferred) and Microsoft Office
* Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A good understanding of sales processes and the ability to be proactive and solution driven
