E3 Productions is seeking an experienced Production Manager / Project Manager to join our growing team in Darwin.
Founded in 2015, E3 Productions is one of Northern Australia's leading event technology and production companies, delivering festivals, concerts, corporate events and large-scale productions across the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
As demand continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, manage client relationships and deliver complex productions from concept through to execution.
The Role
This is primarily a production and project management role, overseeing planning and delivery of events rather than being hands-on operationally (although operational experience is highly valued).
Responsibilities include:
* Managing event productions from initial brief through to delivery
* Client communication and project planning
* Preparing quotes, budgets and technical plans
* Coordinating equipment, crew and logistics
* Managing productions across regional and remote Northern Australia
* Working with technical teams across audio, lighting, video and rigging
About You
Ideally you will have:
* 5+ years experience in live event production or project management
* Experience quoting and managing complex productions
* Strong knowledge across audio, video, lighting and rigging
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Vectorworks experience highly regarded
Location & Flexibility
Our preference is for this role to be based full-time in Darwin.
During the quieter season (January–April) we are open to the successful candidate undertaking touring or contract work interstate, while maintaining communication and project oversight.
We are also open to junior production managers or department heads looking to step up into a larger role.
Salary will be negotiated based on experience, with an expected range around $100k–$130k+.
How to Apply
We understand the realities of this industry and that many great candidates don't always have an up-to-date resume.
While a resume is appreciated, we're also happy to receive a short cover letter or blurb explaining why you're right for the role, along with three industry references.
