We're seeking reliable, hardworking General Labourers to work across a variety of sites in the Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast area. These roles offer hands-on experience, steady hours, and the chance to grow your skills in high-demand industries like construction, manufacturing, and industrial services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- General labouring across different job sites
- Assisting with materials, equipment and site setup
- Cleaning and maintaining worksites
- Using tools and machinery safely (training provided if needed)
- Supporting tradespeople and helping keep projects on schedule
- Committing to safe work practices and following WHS procedures
- Being punctual and ready to work rostered shifts – with overtime as needed
What You'll Need:
- Construction White Card – essential
- Driver's licence and own transport
- Basic construction knowledge or tool experience
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour in outdoor conditions
- Additional tickets like Forklift, Working at Heights, or Confined Space – highly desirable
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
