You will be part of a high performing team, providing subject matter advice on Fire System asset management to ensure safe, cost-effective, and reliable asset operation.
This role is available on a Monday to Friday roster, for an initial 6-month duration.Key Responsibilities:Providing specialised technical discipline support to maintenance, operations, project, and commercial teams.Ownership and governance of discipline-specific asset tactics and strategies.Reviewing Management of Change, including changes to maintenance systems and tactics.Leading the development of a 5-year sustaining capital plan driven by risk.Supporting the implementation of parts supply and maintenance labour service contracts.Identifying improvement opportunities within asset reliability, asset management systems, and processes.Coaching, mentoring, and training to build capability within sites and team members.Skills & Experience Required:Engineering, Business, Finance, or related degree.Experience in SAP.Knowledge of Fire Systems, asset maintenance, Work Management processes, master data, planning/scheduling, or experience in CRA is advantageous.Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written communication abilities.Demonstrated experience in contractor management.Problem-solving skills and analytical capacity.Proven business improvement capability.Valid C Class Driver's Licence.About WorkPacThe WorkPac Group is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business, with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
