Your Duties
Working in an autonomous role you will be responsible for breakdowns and fault finding across greater Newcastle / Hunter Valley working on a wide range of civil earthmoving machines.
* 30am - 4.30pm - Monday to Friday with regular overtime every day and over the weekends.
* Saturday work available + opportunity to work on LAFH jobs when they come up
* Great earning potential doing OT hours every day
* Modern work truck with fuel card - go straight from home to your projects
Your Background
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced diesel mechanic with 1-2+ years' experience attending to breakdowns and solving problems in the field. You will also have:
* Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to manage you own day and work autonomously in the field
* Excellent customer facing skills & ability to manage client's expectations
* High level of pride in your work and ability to deliver quality
* Eager to work OT when needed
