As an SEO Specialist, you'll take a hands‐on role in driving organic performance across the business, focusing on technical optimisation, on‐page improvements, and content alignment. You'll conduct regular technical audits, ensuring strong foundations across crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals, while implementing actionable improvements across the website. Working closely with content and development teams, you'll optimise on‐page elements, support content strategies aligned to search intent, and ensure SEO best practices are embedded across platforms including Shopify. You'll monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, using data to identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions, while providing clear insights to internal stakeholders.
* 2+ years' experience in SEO with a strong focus on technical delivery
* Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content alignment
* Experience working with platforms such as Shopify and HubSpot
* Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
* Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions
* Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is highly desirable
