Job Title: Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to provide exceptional customer support and service to our clients. About the Role: * Act as a first point of contact for customers, ensuring their calls are directed as appropriate. * Provide guidance and support to customers over the phone across a broad range of queries. * Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and problem-solving abilities to clients. * At times provide outbound support to clients following up on prior enquiries. * Observe fund and regulatory requirements (including completing educational training programs). * Act as a representative for the business, ensuring empathy and confidentiality when speaking with customers. * Work in-line with set policies and guidelines and KPI's as set by the business. Your Skills and Qualifications: * Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact/call centre or office-based environment. * Completion of/ or willingness to complete RG 146 qualification. * The ability to handle high-volumes of customer enquiries. * A passion for continuous improvement. * People-focused, the ability to build relationships with clients to assist their needs. * Experience working towards deadlines and meeting business needs.
