What We Are Looking For
Brown and Bird are seeking an enthusiastic person for our front office to provide high quality customer service to our clients and assistance to our team.
We are looking for someone that is able to work full time, thrives in customer service, displays initiative, has a people centric approach and would like to utilise their skills gained from working within an administration environment.
About the Role
Day to day, you will be working with a hardworking but fun team of professionals - Partners, Accountants, and others within the administration team.
In addition, you will take ownership of complex client support administration tasks, some of which are outlined below:
- Welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing appointments, client records and firm communications
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks to maintain efficient firm operations
- Managing front office phones and emails, including client contact and inquiries
- Processing and filing client data/correspondence
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mail
Key Selection Criteria
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- The ability to answer multiple telephone lines with a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and as part of a team, providing support where required
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
