Our client is looking for a Kronos Functional Consultant to join their People and Culture Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Configuration and Maintenance- managing all aspects of the system—such as pay rules, attendance policies, leave accruals, and scheduling modules—to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Business Analysis and Integration: Act as a technical expert and liaison between key business areas (Payroll, IT and People and Culture) and the UKG vendor. You will be involved in the system's design, development, and implementation, acting as a business analyst to gather and document requirements.
* Be responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of all project documentation
* Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day technical issues
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Workforce Management Systems: Proven, hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and configuring Kronos Workforce Management modules
* System Configuration: Demonstrated expertise in configuring core system components, including pay rules, labor categories, and absence management. This extends to building and modifying timekeeping rules, accrual policies, and advanced scheduling concepts.
* Integration & Data Management: Strong functional and technical understanding of integrating UKG/Kronos with other enterprise systems, specifically for data mapping and seamless data flow to and from platforms like SAP.
* Time & Attendance: Deep experience with time and attendance functionality
